Bryan M. Carvalho has enjoyed years of legal practice dedicated to business law, assisting clients with incorporations, asset sales and purchases, share sales and purchases, secured transactions and commercial leasing. More recently, Bryan has developed expertise in real estate law, and also oversees purchases, sales and refinancings for the firm. Bryan is also pleased to be able to offer his experience and diligence in will and estate planning and preparation. Bryan studied law at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Prior to law school, Bryan earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in IT Management, which combines traditional business disciplines with information technology studies.
